Problem Statement

Our client wanted to integrate the CardPointe payment platform with their SuiteCommerce website. They were looking at expediting the order process and ensuring speed payment while using credit cards. What We Suggested

To address the client’s requirements, we developed a custom solution. It involved integrating CardPointe with eCommerce and NetSuite for the whole process. Our solution entailed:  

1. Extension in NetSuite: We created a custom extension in NetSuite. It linked seamlessly the CardPointe payment gateway with the eCommerce website.  

2. Automated Payment Link Creation: Our custom extension creates an automatic unique payment link. This happens when an individual makes a sales order on NetSuite.  
3. User-Friendly Transaction Process: Every credit card payment at checkout triggers the payment link. CardPointe securely processes the payment transaction and ensures data security. 

4. Order Status Update and Invoice Creation: The system automatically updates the sales order status. This happens each time after a successful payment.

Earlier, the client had to manually handle payment processing by contacting the personnel concerned. This resulted in excessive delays in fulfilling orders. With the integration of CardPointe, the client saw dramatic improvements including:
