Our client is a renowned manufacturer of guitar parts. They manufacture nuts, saddles, bridge pins and other parts for guitars. Head quartered in Canada; they have factories in 40+ countries. Their clientele includes guitar manufacturers and musicians.

Problem Statement

Owing to the global presence of our client, it was important for them to communicate with their employees posted in different branches and customers across the world in an effective manner. They had been using Tenfold application for their communication needs. 

For the rest of their business needs, they were using Oracle NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application. They wanted to be able to make and receive calls through Tenfold but have the updated call details in NetSuite.

What We Suggested 

After the initial examination of the Tenfold application, our experts integrated the calling feature in Tenfold with NetSuite. This would have likely involved a detailed review of the features and functionality of the software, as well as an assessment of how it could be integrated with NetSuite to achieve the desired outcome.  

They set up the necessary connection in the Tenfold dashboard, which involved configuring the settings and parameters to ensure that the application would be able to communicate effectively with NetSuite. They also installed the associated bundles in NetSuite, which would enable Tenfold to extract the required information from NetSuite and use it to make and receive calls.
