Problem Statement
The company faced issues in managing its business through Wayfair, an e-commerce website that sells furniture and household items. Our client used this platform for selling their products. In order to update inventory stock from NetSuite on Wayfair, we obtained the item availability details from the item record on NetSuite. Further, we updated the available stock on Wayfair. If the item is out of stock at the moment, we will update the date on which the item will be available. With this, the firm can avoid leaving the customers disappointed due to non-availability of products. Hence, the traffic of the customers to the e-commerce platform will not be interrupted and the firm can win the trust of the customers.
