NetSuite - DispatchTrack Integration

Overview

Seamless Integration for Order Fulfillment and Delivery

The NetSuite – DispatchTrack Integration provides a reliable connection between your NetSuite system and DispatchTrack, ensuring orders flow smoothly from fulfillment to delivery. Item Fulfillments created in NetSuite are automatically shared with DispatchTrack, while delivery status updates from DispatchTrack are reflected back in NetSuite. This enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual work, and ensures accurate, real-time order visibility.

Features

Connected Order Fulfillment and Delivery Tracking

Keeps your NetSuite and DispatchTrack systems in sync, offering greater accuracy, faster processing, and improved visibility throughout the order-to-delivery process.
Real-Time Order Sync to DispatchTrack

Item Fulfillments created in NetSuite are automatically sent to DispatchTrack when ready, with confirmation details saved for easy reference.

Controlled Data Sync on Edits

If the initial sync fails, editing and saving the Item Fulfillment in NetSuite triggers the sync process again, ensuring no orders are missed.

Automated Status Updates from DispatchTrack

When an order is marked as "Finished" in DispatchTrack, NetSuite is updated with the latest status, providing delivery confirmation in your system.

Consistent Data Management

Deleting an Item Fulfillment in NetSuite also removes the corresponding DispatchTrack order, keeping both systems aligned.
