Reverting An Email from Record Using NetSuite

Responding to an email generated from a record is not always easy. Sometimes it takes more time to revert to the message. NetSuite offers a simple solution to dodge this problem easily. Here it is;

• Open the desired record for sending the email message.

• Select Communication sub-tab.

• Click on the subsequent Messages subtab.

• Hover to Oracle NetSuite OneWorld.

• Click on Email View.

• Choose View Next to the email.

• Click Reply, Reply to All, or Forward.

Include attachments on the Attachments sub-tab if it is not included in the message by default. You can send the messages by including attachments by default.
