Building on her strong record as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Jismi AI now embraces a new challenge, stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer to guide Jobin & Jismi into its next chapter of growth and innovation. Jismi, as the co-founder, has been the backbone of our organization for over 13 years and has shaped Jobin & Jismi, guiding our expansion from a small village startup to a globally recognized leader in cloud ERP solutions and digital transformation. During her tenure as CTO, Jismi has been instrumental in overseeing technical excellence, client satisfaction, and the strategic growth that has helped us serve enterprises across multiple industries globally. Starting from October 10, 2025, Jismi takes charge with a vision: to empower each team member, assist every client, and keep innovating in the world of technology.

Education & Early Career

Jismi’s story begins with humble yet determined roots. B-Tech graduate from Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology, Thrissur, Kerala, she laid the groundwork in engineering before entering the realm of business and technology with fervor. Before co-founding Jobin & Jismi, Jismi honed her skills as a mobile application developer with rich experience that conditioned her technical and strategic mind.

The beginning of Jobin & Jismi is the story of a professional as well as personal relationship. They made a bold decision together: to leave the security of standard career options and start an IT venture not in a city but in their native village, Kottat near Chalakudy in 2012.

They started with just two computers and the determination to prove that innovation could happen from anywhere. Their path was anything but smooth. Jobin and Jismi together established a company that is today the only NetSuite Solution Provider Partner in Kerala.

Her tenure as CTO saw the company’s annual growth rate scale to 60–70%, and her unwavering support for talent has helped hundreds discover new opportunities in technology.

Though Jismi doubted taking up the role, she showed her joy in getting Jobin alongside her with complete encouragement.
